NucleoSpin 96 cfDNA

NucleoSpin 96 cfDNA

The NucleoSpin 96 cfDNA kit is designed for the parallel isolation of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from up to 2 ml of blood plasma in a 96-well format. After sample lysis, cfDNA binds to a silica membrane without carrier RNA. Elution is performed under vacuum without cross-contamination. This, in combination with the design of the included NucleoSpin cfDNA Binding Plate, allows adaptation of the NucleoSpin 96 cfDNA kit to common liquid-handling instruments for fully automated processing.

Overview

  • High-throughput solution for cfDNA isolation
  • Manual or automated processing
  • Optimized protocol for Cell-Free DNA BCT ("Streck Tubes")
  • NucleoSpin 96 cfDNA Core Kit: kit with basic content focused on automation platforms. Additional accessories can be combined as needed.
