For the fastest service, please include relevant product catalog numbers and a brief description of the topic(s) you wish to address with each inquiry. We usually respond within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry, although response times may be longer for requests received during evenings or on weekends. In general, we prefer to respond via email because it allows us to provide in-depth explanations and supporting data, and to ensure that customers receive all necessary information.
