Women in STEM
Historically, the STEM workforce has been dominated by men. A 2018 report from the NSF stated that women made up only 28% of STEM employees. As more and more women are graduating with degrees in STEM and working in STEM fields, Takara Bio wants to highlight these important strides women are making.
