Technology highlights
Formulation-friendly enzymes
Designed to address your unique assay development requirements, our high-concentration, low-glycerol enzymes offer superior flexibility for downstream processes like lyophilization and the development of custom enzyme mixes for novel applications or microfluidic devices.
Lyophilization-ready enzymes
Our convenient lyo-ready enzyme mixes are optimized for lyophilization with your primers and probes. Lyo-ready and lyophilized qPCR mixes are available in sample sizes from multiple lots for performance evaluation.
High-quality qPCR master mixes
Our master mixes cater to both routine and complex qPCR- and RT-qPCR-based detection. The one-step formulations are suitable for diverse sample types, streamlined for detection, and available in a high-concentration (5X) format, improving the limit of detection. Selected mixes are general purpose reagents (GPR).
High-fidelity DNA polymerases
Our DNA polymerases have been developed to provide superior solutions for next-generation sequencing (NGS) library preparation. PrimeSTAR Max polymerase is for fast, routine library preparation; PrimeSTAR GXL polymerase works on challenging GC-rich targets, repetitive sequences, excess template, and long amplicons; and SeqAmp polymerase minimizes PCR bias.
