A SMARTer solution to single-cell human T-cell receptor repertoire profiling

In this webinar, Dr. Ankita Das and Dr. Sarah Taylor (Takara Bio USA, Inc.) discuss the SMARTer Human scTCR a/b Profiling Kit (human scTCR kit), Takara Bio’s first single-cell immune profiling solution. The human scTCR kit is designed to generate Illumina-ready libraries from FACS or manually sorted single cells. Furthermore, the kit specifically and sensitively captures and amplifies the complete TCRa and TCRb variable regions allowing the identification of alpha-beta chain pairings in each cell.

A SMARTer approach to human T-cell receptor repertoire analysis

In this webinar, Dr. Sarah Taylor (Takara Bio USA, Inc.) discusses the SMARTer Human TCR a/b Profiling Kit. This kit employs a 5' RACE-based approach to yield Illumina-compatible sequencing libraries from 10 ng–3 µg of human blood total RNA or from 50–10,000 purified T cells. It enables users to obtain full-length V(D)J sequence information for TCRα and/or TCRβ.
