Rapid extraction of genomic DNA—NucleoSpin DNA RapidLyse

NucleoSpin DNA RapidLyse

The isolation of genomic DNA (gDNA) from most organs is a challenging task. Organs are composed of different tissues with various types of cells and matrices. Large molecules such as collagens and proteoglycans can impede lysis and inhibit downstream enzymatic reactions such as PCR. The new NucleoSpin DNA RapidLyse kit uses a unique lysis chemistry to release gDNA from organs and cells with the highest efficiency.

Overview

• Unique lysis chemistry efficiently releases gDNA from cells, tissues, and organs
• Effective lysis in 5–60 min
• Superior gDNA yields compared to standard extraction methods
