NucleoMag HMW DNA

NucleoMag HMW DNA enables magnetic bead-based isolation of high-quality, high-molecular-weight (HMW) DNA for long-range sequencing. The kit is compatible with a wide range of sample materials, including cells, human and animal tissue, plant tissue, whole blood, saliva, swabs, bacteria, and yeast. The workflow can be automated on liquid handling platforms in combination with NucleoMag SEP and on magnetic rod systems such as the IsoPure Mini.
