High-throughput isolation of genomic DNA from plants—NucleoSpin 8/96 Plant II

The NucleoSpin 8 Plant II and NucleoSpin 96 Plant II kits enable time-saving parallel isolation of genomic DNA from plant cells and tissue in a flexible 8-well strip format and a convenient 96-well plate high-throughput format, respectively. The kits are suitable for processing under vacuum and by centrifugation, and for manual or automated use. You can isolate fragments 50 bp to 30 kb in size using elution volumes of 100 to 200 µl. The purified DNA can be used directly for PCR, Southern blotting, or any kind of enzymatic reaction.
