NucleoSpin 96 DNA RapidLyse

NucleoSpin 96 DNA RapidLyse

The isolation of genomic DNA (gDNA) from most organs is a challenging task. Organs are composed of different tissues with various types of cells and matrices. Large molecules such as collagens and proteoglycans can impede lysis and inhibit downstream enzymatic reactions such as PCR. The new NucleoSpin 96 DNA RapidLyse kit uses a unique lysis chemistry to release gDNA from organs and cells with the highest efficiency. This kit provides high-throughput DNA isolation for all common liquid handling platforms.

Overview

  • Unique lysis chemistry efficiently releases gDNA from cells, tissues, and organs
  • Manual or automated processing by vacuum, positive pressure, or centrifugation
