RNA purification

NucleoProtect RNA stabilization solution allows for convenient long-term storage of animal cell and tissue samples for subsequent RNA isolation. NucleoProtect RNA is designed to permeate mammalian cells and tissues up to 5 mm in diameter and protect RNA from degradation prior to sample processing. Samples can be preserved at 4°C for up to one month or at or below −20°C for longer periods. NucleoProtect RNA is compatible with diverse downstream RNA purification methods, including NucleoSpin RNA kits.

Following storage in NucleoProtect RNA, high-quality RNA with RIN values of 9 or 10 can be obtained from mammalian tissues and cells, respectively.
