NucleoProtect RNA is designed to permeate mammalian cells and tissues up to 5 mm in diameter and protect RNA from degradation prior to sample processing. Samples can be preserved at 4°C for up to one month or at or below −20°C for longer periods. NucleoProtect RNA is compatible with diverse downstream RNA purification methods, including NucleoSpin RNA kits, and provides comparable performance to alternative RNA stabilization reagents such as RNAlater solution.
