One-step, universal lysis for direct PCR/qPCR—NucleoType DirectLyse Reagent
Streamline and simplify direct PCR/qPCR workflows with NucleoType DirectLyse Reagent, a universal lysis buffer for DNA extraction that eliminates the need for column-based isolation. NucleoType DirectLyse Reagent effectively releases DNA from a wide variety of samples while reducing PCR inhibitors in as little as 10–15 min. Extracted DNA can be used directly for PCR or qPCR analysis without the need for additional cleanup.
