Lyophilized Bead Multiplex Assays for CT/NG/TV Detection
Dr. Robyn Moore presented a 5-plex qPCR assay using Takara Bio's PrimePath qPCR mix in a lyophilized bead format. The assay includes targets specific for Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), and Trichomonas vaginalis (TV), along with endogenous RNase P and exogenous in-process spike-in controls. This poster demonstrated the utility of incorporating the Lyo-Ready PrimePath Probe qPCR Mix into a point-of-care solution.
