DNA Ligation Kit, Mighty Mix
The DNA Ligation Kit, Mighty Mix is a 2X ligation premix for high-efficiency ligations, especially for blunt-ended ligations. This DNA ligation kit can also be used for ligation into TA-vectors. The 2X ligation mix is compatible with small ligation reaction volumes (10 µl) for when DNA quantity is a limiting factor, and it contains sufficient reagent for 75–150 reactions. The reaction mixtures from this DNA ligation kit can be used directly in bacterial transformation.
