Nucleases

Nucleases for cleaving DNA

We offer a variety of endonucleases and exonucleases to cleave DNA and RNA.

Yatalase is an enzyme commonly used for filamentous fungi cell wall digestion, enabling protoplast preparation. DNase I (RNase-free) is a recombinant endonuclease that nonspecifically catalyzes the degradation of both single- and double-stranded DNA and DNA-RNA hybrids. It is suitable for RNA preparation at neutral pH.
