Chips and consumables for single-cell NGS automation
We offer a variety of accessories, plasticware, and other consumables for the Shasta Single Cell System (Cat. # 640282) and ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System (Cat. # 640188 or 640189): plates, chips, chip loading and collection kits, etc. Use these consumables together with our validated single-cell automation system workflows or your own custom workflows to generate NGS libraries for your single-cell applications.

As part of the open design of the platform, we also offer blank chips containing no preprinted oligos for the development of custom applications. Blank chips can also be used to test cell dispensing and imaging using the NGS automation systems. In the chip name, the number denotes the volume of the nanowells while the letter(s) designation following the number indicates the shape of the well. (See table titled "Formats of available Single-Cell blank chips" under More Information.)

The following products are required for processing Single-Cell chips:
- Nanodispenser 384-Well Source Plate and Seal kits contain 384-well plates and plates seals used by the system to dispense samples and reagents to the chip.
- The Single-Cell Loading Kit contains blotting paper, optical film, and sealing film to be used for processing Single-Cell chips in workflows with multiple incubation steps
- The Single-Cell Collection Kit contains a collection fixture to hold the chip, 2.0 ml tubes, and a film to allow users to spin down and collect the contents of a processed Single-Cell chip (e.g., extracted cDNA) into a tube for experiments
