Our NGS library prep solutions employ ThruPLEX technology, providing single-tube workflows that circumvent adapter dilution or cleanup steps while enabling efficient capture of DNA from challenging samples. The ThruPLEX DNA-Seq Kit provides a versatile solution for diverse sequencing applications, enabling processing of 50 pg–50 ng inputs of fragmented dsDNA into Illumina-ready libraries.
ThruPLEX DNA-Seq FLEX and ThruPLEX Tag-Seq FLEX employ enhanced template repair chemistry to facilitate better processing of challenging samples, such as cfDNA and FFPE samples. These kits accommodate inputs of up to 200 ng, allow for the incorporation of unique molecular identifiers (UMIs), and can be paired with an accompanying enzymatic fragmentation module to process intact DNA.
