Single-cell DNA-seq
Our single-cell DNA-seq portfolio leverages PicoPLEX technology, a gold standard method for whole-genome amplification (WGA) due to its unsurpassed reproducibility and coverage uniformity. We offer three different versions of PicoPLEX technology as standalone solutions for WGA that can be paired with a library preparation method of choice (or used for non-NGS applications). In addition, the PicoPLEX Gold Single Cell DNA-seq Kit provides the advantages of PicoPLEX v3 chemistry in a direct-to-library workflow for sequencing on Illumina platforms.
