Shasta Total RNA-Seq Kit - 2 Chip is a first-to-market, large-scale, full-length scRNA-seq solution that enables comprehensive profiling of the full gene bodies of up to 100,000 single cells with an easy, automated protocol. The random priming-based chemistry enables you to discover novel types of biomarkers such as long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), facilitating your understanding of disease mechanisms and therapeutic responses.
