ICELL8 cx technical specifications

The ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System is an all-in-one automated, open platform for high-throughput single-cell isolation, visualization, and processing. The system combines a multisample nanodispenser (MSND) and imaging system into one unit, allowing for a smoother workflow. Cell and reagent dispensing into the 5,184-nanowell chips is automated using the system's nanodispensing technology, which can accommodate up to eight samples at a time. The imaging system is designed for scanning and acquiring images of samples (e.g., cells, nuclei, or spheroids) dispensed into an ICELL8 cx chip. The use of the system's imaging channels with cellular dyes allows for the assessment of cell viability. The included CELLSTUDIO Software provides an open architecture for experiment design and integrates instrument control, imaging, and cell selection tools.
