Antibiotic resistance is a global health threat. Monitoring antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) from environmental samples requires methods which are low-cost, have a short turnaround time, and, can be standardized. This webinar illustrates how Resistomap combines culture-independent laboratory and high-throughput gene quantification methods using the SmartChip Real-Time PCR system with a digital platform for data analysis and visualization. Applied in routine monitoring, this strategy can provide early warning to contain potential outbreaks.
- Learn how Resistomap uses Takara Bio's SmartChip Real-Time PCR System for detection of ARGs from different types of environmental samples
- Understand how you can leverage up to 5,184 qPCR reactions on a single chip to achieve high-quality and high-throughput results
