ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System

The ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System is an advanced, integrated automation platform that combines the power of imaging and dispensing for the isolation of single cells in 5,184-nanowell chips. The ICELL8 cx system employs a large-bore nozzle dispenser for unbiased cell size isolation. Imaging allows the differentiation of single cells from multiple cells. Additionally, with the use of fluorescence filters, imaging can be used for analysis of cells stained with cellular dyes.

The ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System is an advanced, integrated automation platform that combines the power of imaging and dispensing for the isolation of single cells in 5,184-nanowell chips. The ICELL8 cx system employs a large-bore nozzle dispenser for unbiased cell size isolation. Imaging allows the differentiation of single cells from multiple cells. Additionally, with the use of fluorescence filters, imaging can be used for analysis of cells stained with cellular dyes.

The full system also includes the ICELL8 cx Thermal Cycler (Cat. # 640188, US only) as well as built-in imaging capabilities and integrated ICELL8 cx CELLSTUDIO v2.5 Software (CELLSTUDIO Software). CELLSTUDIO Software provides an open architecture to expand the flexibility of the platform further and houses tools for instrument control, imaging, and cell selection. The software also supports applications for downstream analysis and visualization. This open-platform, high-throughput single-cell automation system is prevalidated for use with several NGS applications, supports RNA and DNA inputs, and also provides the flexibility to enable users to develop applications of their choice.

The intuitive and customizable interface also includes ICELL8 cx CellSelect v2.5 Software that analyzes well images and provides the ability to choose wells to proceed with, eliminating the noise from multiple-cell-containing wells or empty wells.
