Get the user-generated protocol for Arc-well (archival nanowell sequencing)
Scientists at Dr. Nicholas Navin’s lab at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center recently developed a novel high-throughput method, Arc-well, for single-cell DNA-seq analysis (scDNA-seq). Using Arc-well, they were able to unlock biological insights from archived FFPE samples to perform longitudinal analysis of tumor specimens and gain a deeper understanding of tumor clonal evolution.
