The following data were generated with NucleoSpin DNA RapidLyse.
Figure 1. Time-saving procedure. The duration of the procedure (including lysis) was compared to common extraction methods (competitors S and Q). The fastest gDNA isolation was carried out with NucleoSpin DNA RapidLyse (MN). In this specific example, the entire protocol, including lysis, was completed in approximately 60 min using NucleoSpin DNA RapidLyse.
Figure 2. Outstanding DNA yields. After sample lysis for one hour and subsequent DNA extraction, the same amounts of independent eluates were subjected to gel electrophoresis. Superior yields of high molecular weight gDNA could be extracted with NucleoSpin DNA RapidLyse (MN) in comparison to competitors S and Q.

Figure 4. Higher DNA yields. Different mammalian organs were lysed and DNA was extracted with NucleoSpin 96 DNA RapidLyse and a kit from competitor Q. The same amounts of individual eluates were subjected to gel electrophoresis. The higher yield of gDNA could be extracted with NucleoSpin 96 DNA RapidLyse.
Figure 5. Better qPCR performance. DNA was isolated with NucleoSpin 96 DNA RapidLyse (orange) or with a kit from competitor Q (blue). A 136-bp fragment of the 18S rRNA gene was amplified by qPCR. Lower Ct values were detected when DNA was isolated with NucleoSpin 96 DNA RapidLyse, indicating higher gDNA yields.
