mStrawberry fluorescent protein

Red

Living Colors mStrawberry is a bright, monomeric red fluorescent protein developed in Dr. Roger Tsien’s lab by directed mutagenesis of mRFP (Shaner et al. 2004). The mStrawberry fluorescent protein photobleaches rapidly, so we recommend mCherry for applications in which you need a more photostable red monomer. We offer monoclonal and polyclonal anti-mStrawberry antibody choices.

Overview

  • mStrawberry—a bright, monomeric red fluorescent protein
