This video introduces the GoStix Plus app, which is used with Lenti-X GoStix Plus lateral flow assays to quantify lentiviral p24 from packaging cell supernatants. After applying a small amount of sample to a GoStix cassette and waiting 10 minutes for the test to develop, simply scan the cassette with a smartphone running the app. The app also includes features for sharing results and providing feedback.

Video—fourth-generation lentiviral packaging
Generate lentiviral titers that far exceed most other commercially available packaging systems—you can expect titers of 107–108 infectious units (IFU) per ml, far higher than other popular systems generate. Watch the video in the first tab to find out how our fourth-generation packaging system can generate such high titers.
