Lenti-X transduction sponges

Lenti-X Transduction Sponge (Cat. # 631478) is a novel technology that achieves microfluidics-driven lentiviral transduction efficiency gains without the use of microfluidics-based instrumentation. With one sponge, you can transduce 105–107 cells without the need for time-consuming spinoculation or harsh chemical transduction enhancers that require optimization to retain cell viability. The Lenti‑X Transduction Sponge enables you to effectively transduce a wide variety of cell types, including cell lines and difficult-to-transduce primary cells.

Lenti‑X T‑Cell Transduction Sponge (Cat. # 631480) is a targeted variation of the Lenti‑X Transduction Sponge. The Lenti-X T‑Cell Transduction Sponge comes infused with an optimized blend of rhIL-2 and anti-human CD3 and CD28 antibodies. The simple workflow enables customization to add your desired cytokine in addition to rhIL‑2. T‑cell activation and transduction are performed in a single step, conveniently bypassing the T‑cell activation step, for an efficient, streamlined T‑cell transduction solution.
