EcoDry premixes are lyophilized master mixes complete with enzymes, hot-start antibody, optimized PCR buffer, and dNTPs, which are individually packaged in 8-tube strips that can be used separately or all at once. Simply reconstitute the master mix by adding PCR-grade water along with your template and primers. This saves time and reduces the risk of contamination and pipetting errors. Lyophilized products can be stored for months at room temperature. They are perfect for field work, where accessibility and efficiency are a must.
