Advantage 2 EcoDry premix—lyophilized, high-fidelity PCR master mix
The High Fidelity PCR EcoDry Premix is a convenient and eco-friendly lyophilized version of our Advantage 2 Polymerase Mix that enables highly accurate PCR.
The High Fidelity PCR EcoDry Premix consists of individually packaged, 8-tube strips (with optically clear sealing caps) that can be used separately or all at once. Each tube contains the lyophilized master mix, complete with the Advantage 2 DNA polymerase blend, hot-start antibody, optimized PCR buffer containing MgCl2, and dNTPs. Simply reconstitute the master mix by adding PCR-grade water along with your template and primers.
For high-yield performance where fidelity is less critical, the High Yield PCR EcoDry Premix, featuring Titanium Taq, is also available.
