High Yield PCR EcoDry Premix is a convenient and eco-friendly lyophilized PCR master mix that lets you amplify DNA templates with minimal effort and maximum ease with high-yield. High Yield PCR EcoDry Premix features the high-yield DNA polymerase blend, Titanium Taq, to enable successful target amplification under the most limiting conditions—even with just a few molecules of template present—and is perfect for routine high-throughput applications, such as colony PCR.

High Yield PCR EcoDry Premix features the high-yield DNA polymerase blend, Titanium Taq, to enable successful target amplification under the most limiting conditions—even with just a few molecules of template present—and is perfect for routine high-throughput applications, such as colony PCR.
High Yield PCR EcoDry Premix consists of individually packaged, 8-tube strips (with optically clear sealing caps) that can be used individually or all at once. Each tube of lyophilized PCR master mix comes complete with Titanium Taq DNA Polymerase Mix with hot-start antibody, an optimized PCR buffer containing MgCl2, and dNTPs. Simply reconstitute the master mix by adding PCR-grade water along with your template and primers.
For high-fidelity performance, use the High Fidelity PCR EcoDry Premix, which contains Advantage 2 DNA polymerase (a blend of hot-start Titanium Taq and a proofreading polymerase).
