PrimeSTAR GXL Premix

PrimeSTAR GXL Premix is a convenient 2X PCR master mix of Takara's PrimeSTAR GXL DNA polymerase. PrimeSTAR GXL is a hot-start, high-fidelity enzyme that is optimized to amplify GC-rich templates, samples with excess templates, and long PCR products up to 30 kb.

Termini of PCR products

  • PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase generates products with blunt ends. It is suitable for use in conjunction with blunt-ended cloning systems.

  • Up to 40 kb (lambda DNA template)
  • Up to 13.5 kb (human cDNA template)
