ExpressHyb Hybridization Solution
ExpressHyb Hybridization Solution reduces hybridization times while increasing sensitivity (Yang and Kain 1995). Other hybridization solutions typically require overnight incubations and often result in high background. Our hybridization solution can be used effectively with either radioactively or nonradioactively labeled DNA or oligonucleotide probes or riboprobes.

ExpressHyb Hybridization Solution is provided as a premade aqueous solution which is less viscous than other commercially available hybridization solutions and can be stored at room temperature. Complete Northern, Southern, and colony hybridization protocols for radioisotopic, colorimetric, and chemiluminescent detection systems are included with each shipment.
