RNA modification
Modification of RNA produced by in vitro transcription may be necessary to improve RNA transcript stability, encourage efficient translation in eukaryotic systems, or to label the 5' ends of the RNA. We offer the following post-transcriptional RNA modification enzymes: Vaccinia Capping Enzyme and mRNA Cap 2'-O-Methyltransferase.
