SP6 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent polymerase that exhibits high specificity for the bacteriophage SP6 promoter sequence. Our ribonucleoside triphosphates are suitable for use in in vitro-transcription and siRNA synthesis for RNAi studies.
