Yeast transformation kits
We provide two options for yeast transformation depending on your needs:
- If you just need to transform a plasmid (i.e., small-scale transformation) you should choose the Quick and Easy Yeast Transformation Mix. Unlike most yeast transformation protocols, this is amazingly simple: just pick a colony and vortex your DNA with our proprietary mix, incubate, and plate. There's no need to make competent cells at all!
- If you need to transform a library we recommend our Yeastmaker Yeast Transformation System to provide the highest number of transformed colonies.
