Yeast one-hybrid media sets
Matchmaker media sets contain a complete set of the all the Yeast Media pouches you need for Matchmaker Gold One-Hybrid protocols. The media is sold aliquoted in highly convenient pouches. Simply empty the contents of each pouch into your media flask/bottle, add 0.5 L of dH20, and sterilize. No weighing, combining, or pH adjustment is required. The Yeast Media Set 1 Plus also contains Aureobasidin A (1 mg).
