Yeast media
Yeast culture media are provided in three different formats:
- Yeast Media Sets contain a complete assortment of pre-mixed media for preparing eight specialized broth and agar media designed to perfectly complement Matchmaker Gold systems. Choose from yeast two-hybrid media sets and yeast one-hybrid media sets.
- Yeast media pouches are ready-to-go preformulated pouches; just add water and autoclave. No measuring, mixing, or pH adjustments are required. Each pouch makes 0.5 L of media, with or without agar.
- Bulk media require measuring, mixing, and pH adjustment. YPDA/YPD, SD base, and amino acid supplements are available.
Aureobasidin A and X-alpha-gal are also required for one and two-hybrid studies, and are available.
