Access our SMART-Seq DE3 Demultiplexer software
This software is designed to be used for demultiplexing sequencing data generated with the SMART-Seq mRNA 3′ DE. The software is contained in a zip archive containing:
SMART-Seq_DE3_Demultiplexer.jar, the executable file.- A PDF user guide.
- End User License Agreement associated with this software.
- Two sample data files with read 1 and read 2 data. The paired-end sample data contains a pooled library of 1,000 reads and all 12 in-line indexes. This representative data was acquired with a library synthesized with SMART-Seq mRNA 3′ DE and sequenced on an Illumina® MiSeq® instrument.
