SmartChip Probe qPCR Master Mix
SmartChip Probe qPCR Master Mix enables probe-based gene expression and SNP genotyping analysis with the SmartChip ND Real-Time PCR System. The 2X formulation has been optimized for uniform dispensing using the SmartChip ND dispenser, as well as reproducible PCR amplification with SmartChip MyDesign Kits. The mix has been designed to provide superior sensitivity and consistency for probe-based assays, as well as superior accuracy and consistent calling, even when working with rare alleles.
