EASY Dilution II (for Real Time PCR) solution
EASY Dilution II (for Real Time PCR) is a general-purpose sample diluent for qPCR sample preparation and standard curve creation. Unlike sterile water or TE buffer, EASY Dilution II (for Real Time PCR) has been formulated to prevent nucleic acid absorption on the sides of plastic tubes to ensure accurate sample dilutions, especially at low concentrations. In addition, the solution is free of substances that can inhibit reverse transcription or PCR and can be used in combination with many reagents.
