Cogent NGS Discovery Software
Cogent NGS Discovery Software (also referred to as CogentDS) is bioinformatics software for user-friendly visualization of sequencing data generated using the Shasta Single Cell System, the ICELL8 cx Single-Cell System, and select Takara Bio sequencing kit and reagents. Please refer to the table at the bioinformatics resource portal for the full list of validated Takara Bio reagent kits supported for use with the software.
CogentDS accepts as input either a CogentDS.analysis.rda file or the gene-count matrix and stats files output by Cogent NGS Analysis Pipeline.
