Plasmid purification

The following application notes demonstrate automated, high-throughput plasmid purification using NucleoSpin 8/96 Plasmid silica-membrane technology on Hamilton and Tecan platforms. These approaches may be modified by incorporation of an additional wash step with novel buffer chemistry to obtain transfection-grade purity.
