TBS (tris-buffered saline)

Tris buffered saline (TBS) buffer is commonly used as a wash and/or dilution solution in a variety of applications including cell culture, Western blotting, ELISA, and immunohistochemistry. Takara Bio offers both tablets and powder for easy preparation of TBS buffer. Tablets are available for TBS and TBS containing Tween 20 (TBS-T).

Tris Buffered Saline with Tween 20 (TBS-T) contains the non-ionic detergent Tween 20 which acts through blocking. This product is a tablet for preparing Tris Buffered Saline with Tween 20 (TBS-T), which is commonly used for ELISAs and Western Blotting.
