Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) powder
Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) is an anionic detergent that is used for the solubilization and denaturation of proteins. This product is a powder for preparing SDS solution; each individual powder-containing pouch yields 1 L of SDS solution (10% or 20%).

- Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate (SDS) 10% Powder (Cat. #T9162), 2 pouches (for 2 L)
Store powder at room temperature.
Empty the contents of one pouch in a flask or beaker. Add 300 ml of distilled water or deionized water and stir the solution briefly. Adjust the volume to 1,000 ml, and stir until completely dissolved
