PCR Amplification Kit with Takara Taq

The PCR Amplification Kit, which includes TaKaRa Taq DNA Polymerase, is designed to perform PCR on any DNA template and includes all of the reagents necessary for PCR, including dNTP mixture, two buffers (with and without Mg2+), and MgCl2. The kit comes with control template and primers for verifying amplification conditions, DNA size markers, and loading buffer.

This kit supplies all the necessary reagents for PCR, including a control template and primer sets for verifying amplification conditions. The polymerase included in this kit is the Takara Taq DNA Polymerase, which is a recombinant version of full-length Taq polymerase. Takara Taq has the same characteristics and capabilities as the native Taq polymerase, and is suitable for a variety of standard PCR applications.

Takara HS Taq demonstrates superior efficiency and specificity over standard Taq Polymerase in this multiplex PCR application. Using Takara HS Taq results in target amplification efficiencies equivalent to those of separate (single target) amplification reactions.
