Anti-Trigger Factor (TF) monoclonal antibody
Also known as peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase, the 48 kDa Trigger Factor (TF) is a chaperone protein found in eubacteria. It is also encoded by the tig gene in the E. coli cold shock expression system pCold TF DNA. The anti-trigger factor (TF) monoclonal antibody is suitable for the detection of TF-tagged recombinant proteins expressed in the pCold TF vector. The peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase (Trigger Factor) antibody can be used for reducing or non-reducing Western blots and immunoprecipitation studies.
Overview
- highly specific monoclonal antibody
- No cross-reactivity with other E. coli proteins or ProS2 tag
