Spatial and Single-Cell Seminar
Spatially resolved omics: a new era in cellular analysis
Single-cell sequencing revolutionized our ability to understand disease processes by deconvoluting heterogeneity within organs and tissues. The rise of multiomics has empowered the simultaneous exploration of many aspects of cellular mechanisms. Add spatial data with Trekker™ Single-Cell Spatial Mapping Kits for an expanded, multidimensional understanding of complex tissue biology. Explore the genome and transcriptome at single-cell resolution with high-throughput Shasta™ sequencing technologies. Unlock deeper insights into transcriptome complexity from diverse RNA inputs with the UMI-powered accuracy of our high-quality RNA-seq kits.
Join us to discover how to gain an unprecedented view into cellular mechanisms and interactions, and their implications in biological processes. Take your biomarker discovery research to the next level with the latest single-cell, RNA-seq, and spatial mapping tools.
Register for our seminar to learn about these transformative technologies:
See how single-cell analysis with full gene-body coverage, high cell throughput, and additional spatial context can give you the power to detect biomarkers for your translational research. Register below to join our biomarker discovery discussion, paired with food, drink, and giveaways!
