As a CSP, your team receives formal training and endorsement to deliver services using Takara Bio technologies, demonstrating your ability to meet defined standards for technical excellence, workflow execution, and quality data generation. We currently offer training on the Shasta Single Cell System’s total RNA-seq, whole-genome amplification (WGA), and mRNA-seq workflows.
We also offer certification for core labs and service providers who have successfully helped our customers prepare plate-based RNA-seq libraries using our signature SMART-Seq technology. These kits are designed to prepare RNA-seq libraries from a wide variety of starting materials for diverse research needs.

Validated library prep kits for the Shasta system
Our trusted library prep chemistries, adapted for the Shasta Single Cell System, enable high-throughput NGS library preparation with full gene-body or whole-genome coverage. These kits support the identification of novel biomarkers, such as lncRNAs, and tumor-driving genetic events, including copy number variations (CNVs) and single-nucleotide variations (SNVs), at single-cell resolution with fast, automated workflows.
The Shasta Total RNA-Seq Kit detects RNA biotypes beyond mRNA with full gene-body coverage at high throughput.
