In many cases, the full-length cDNA can then be obtained by end-to-end amplification or standard cloning. Enough material is provided for 30 50-μl Marathon RACE reactions.

This kit contains reagents for making adaptor-ligated ds cDNA from poly A+ RNA and performing 5' and 3' Marathon RACE PCR using gene-specific primers and a mixture of thermostable DNA polymerases supplied by the user.
