Employing locked nucleic acid (LNA) technology integrated with SMART technology, this kit offers remarkable sensitivity, enriches for full-length transcripts, and maintains true representation of the original mRNA-critical factors for transcriptome analysis. Genes with high GC content show higher expression with this kit as compared to the previous generation. The kit includes SeqAmp DNA Polymerase for PCR amplification, and the libraries generated by this kit have been tested for compatibility with Illumina sequencing platforms.
