The SmartChip Real-Time PCR System is a complete system that enables high-throughput, high-density, real-time PCR for gene expression or single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping analyses. The system includes the SmartChip MultiSample NanoDispenser (MSND) and the SmartChip Real-Time PCR Cycler. Used in conjunction with the SmartChip MyDesign Kit, the system can increase your throughput levels and save reagents and your precious samples without compromising data quality.
The SmartChip Real-Time PCR System is a complete system that enables high-throughput, high-density, real-time PCR for gene expression or single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) genotyping analyses. The system includes the SmartChip MultiSample NanoDispenser (MSND) and the SmartChip Real-Time PCR Cycler. Used in conjunction with the SmartChip MyDesign Kit, the system can increase your throughput levels and save reagents and your precious samples without compromising data quality.
The SmartChip MSND is a high-precision, nanoliter-volume liquid handling system customized with a chip cooling station and an enclosed humidification environment for delivering multiple samples onto custom target sets. In just over two hours, the SmartChip cycler can process 5,184 reactions in parallel from a single chip. With flexible formats for both gene expression and genotyping, the SmartChip Real-Time PCR System system offers the largest available breadth of sample and assay configurations for nanoscale qPCR platforms.
Gene expression analyses can be performed using dye- or probe-based methods, depending on your research needs. Common SNP genotyping protocols making use of FAM and VIC dyes are optimized to meet your high-throughput needs in a cost-effective manner.
